1. Eat Healthy
   There are strong links to obesity and cancer. Eat a well-balanced diet high in fiber, fruits and veggies.
2. Volunteer
   Host a Passion Parties Pink Party. Everything at your party is pink. Proceeds go to Breast Cancer Research.
3. Educate yourself
   Get informational pamphlets from your doctor and ask questions to learn the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.
4. Get a mammogram
   Make an appointment with your doctor to decide when you should start getting mammograms.
5. Do your own monthly check
   Perform a self breast exam every month.
6. Wear your support
   From shoes to shirts and everything in between, you can show your support for breast cancer by purchasing items to promote research and awareness.
7. Donate
   Find a local or national organization that you feel comfortable supporting with your time and/or money.
8. Lace up your sneakers
   Each year, there are hundreds of events to ‘Walk for a Cure’. Find a walk/run in your area and sign up.
9. Stamp it out
