For some men, stimulation to the perineum will add to an overall pleasure picture. For others it will greatly increase sensations and/or improve orgasm.

I recently read about someone who referred to the perineum as her partners fast forward button. It increased his arousal level incredibly!!!

Arousing the perineum during oral sex is very easy. Using a small bullet style vibrator or our new Velvet Pleasure, which is shaped like a dental mirror, but vibrates and has a super soft and smooth feel with adjustable vibrations is a great way to hit the pleasure train.

During intercourse it can be a little more challenging, but not impossible. A female should be able to reach and massage or fondle the male perineum in a variety of different positions.

A couple other tips:

·       lube is a great accessory with any stimulation

·       be sure your nails are trimmed

·       since the anus is close by, be sure to be prepared for safe stimulation by using some type of barrier method… condom a finger, cut one in half to use like a dental dam for oral stimulation, or even saran wrap!

Taint Tween Chode? What exactly is it? What do I do with it?

Ladies: Have you touched your partner in that special place lately? If you haven’t you just might be missing out on some super excitement! So what am I talking about? The Perineum of course.

We all have one.
It is rich in nerves and has great potential to be aroused during fore-play and intercourse. On the ladies it is behind the vaginal opening and before the anus.

Or as I heard it at one of my parties, if its between the ‘giney and the heinie or Ain’t her cooter, ain’t her pooter. And while it is a pleasure area for women, we would probably get better benefit from stimulation to other areas like: clitoris, g spot, vaginal opening or anal opening.

Lipstick used to make a symbolic kiss.

Kissing might be one of the most romantic things you can do. There is nothing better then that first kiss when you feel the zsa zsa zsu!

But did you know:

It helps prevent tooth decay. Kissing is nature’s cleaning process for your mouth. It stimulates saliva flow, decreases plaque and helps fight tooth decay.

It is great exercise too…and will help keep your facial muscles in shape.

Kissing can help your whole body to relax. Your breathing deepens, your stress level drops and tension levels decrease.

On average you burn about 1 calorie for every minute you kiss. The longer the better here – if you get serious about it, you might even be able to count it as a workout.

Age
Estrogen plays an important role in vaginal lubrication. Estrogen production begins to decline before menopause, and many women who had no trouble producing lubrication in their twenties and thirties notice decreased lubrication during their forties, when menopausal changes begin. After age fifty, many women experience persistent vaginal dryness.

The menstrual cycle
Because estrogen influences vaginal lubrication, women often produce different amounts of lubrication at different times of the month.

Childbirth
Again, because of hormonal fluctuations, some women have difficulty lubricating for a while after delivering a child.

Stress
Every kind of stress, from job hassles to relationship tensions can impair sexual response in both men and women. In men, the result may be erection impairment. In women, stress can reduce lubrication.

Drugs
Many, many over-the-counter and prescription medications decrease vaginal lubrication. Some women report that birth control pills reduce lubrication. Antihistamines, cold formulas, and other medicines that dry the mouth also impair lubrication. Alcohol is another lubrication inhibitor. Cigarettes and marijuana can have a similar effect. How is that making your weekend look?

Travel
Everyone knows that flying across time zones induces jet lag, but the pressurization and dry environment of the plane along with jet lag can interfere with lubrication.

Extended sex
Even women who produce a good deal of natural lubrication sometimes need more during extended sex.

Few people understand that some women don’t produce much natural lubrication, and that those who do may not under the circumstances above. Just as a man can love a woman deeply and not be able to raise an erection because of diabetes or heart disease, a woman can love a man and feel very turned on by him, yet be unable to produce much vaginal lubrication—especially after menopause, when vaginal dryness becomes common.

If you’re a woman who does not produce much natural lubrication, mention this to your lover. Tell him it’s no reflection on him, or on your feelings for him. It’s just the way you are—and it’s not a problem if you use a lubricant.

Early signs of breast cancer.

Image via Wikipedia

No breast is typical. What is normal for you may not be normal for another woman. Most women say their breasts feel lumpy or uneven. The way your breasts look and feel can be affected by getting your period, having children, losing or gaining weight, and taking certain medications. Breasts also tend to change as you age.
Lumps in the Breast

Many conditions can cause lumps in the breast, including cancer. But most breast lumps are caused by other medical conditions. The two most common causes of breast lumps are fibrocystic breast condition and cysts. Fibrocystic condition causes noncancerous changes in the breast that can make them lumpy, tender, and sore. Cysts are small fluid-filled sacs that can develop in the breast.
Tumors and Breast Cancer

Sometimes breast cells become abnormal. These abnormal cells grow, divide, and create new cells that the body does not need and that do not function normally. The extra cells form a mass called a tumor. Some tumors are “benign” or not cancer. These tumors usually stay in one spot in the breast and do not cause big health problems.

Other tumors are “malignant” and are cancer. Breast cancer often starts out too small to be felt. As it grows, it can spread throughout the breast or to other parts of the body. This causes serious health problems and can cause death.

There are a lot of different shaving creams out there, and of course I recommend Soft and Silky Unisex Shaving Crème by Passion Parties. Ordinary soap alone is not the best choice for the shave portion of the program, because it doesn’t moisturize the hair the way our specially formulated Soft and Silky Unisex Shaving Crème does.

It is one of our best selling products and isaloe vera-based and enriched with jojoba oil to condition the skin. Interestingly it also reduces irritation and helps repair minor  skin abrasions caused by the razor.

Apply a small amount to damp legs, underarms, the bikini line or pubic area – anywhere you want a smooth, silky shave. It is a good idea and most effective to let the shave lotion soften the hair for a few minutes.

Men also will find Soft & Silky irreplaceable. After moistening the area to be shaved with water, and this can include beard, scalp or other specialty areas, massage in a circular motion into the area. This ensures that the sensitive hairs are supported by the product and readied for shaving. (a lot of men don’t exfoliate properly, so this is a way to help them.)

NOTE: Guys – your penises will appear longer if you keep the hair in the area trimmed or shaped! Manscaping is totally in right now.

For both sexes, Soft & Silky’s job is to provide the closest shave you have ever had, without the rash or red bumps that people typically experience, especially in sensitive-area shaves.

Giving yourself a good shave is practically an art form! So here are a few ideas to help you get the best shave ever.

Before you step into the shower or tub, decide on the shape you want! If you’re starting from an area with longer hair, trim hair to about ¼ inch with clippers or scissors. Electric clippers seem to work best, but a scissors will due, just be extra cautious.

Wash the area thoroughly with warm water and soap. Gently use a loofah or scrubbie to exfoliate the dead skin. This will help you get the closer shave you desire. Don’t get too crazy, remember you will need that skin later! Consider a long hot bath, or a shower for a while, or at very least cover the area to be shaved with a warm wash cloth for 2-3 minutes, so it is nice and wet. Remember Pubic hair is coarser than head hair and needs more time to soften.

Justine van der Leun writes “Doctors and scientists understand that chronic pain can cause functional and structural changes in the nervous system. Now a study out of Taiwan shows that cyclical pain experienced during menstruation can have a similar effect.”

Menstrual Cramps Alter Your Brain

A:  Prepuce (Hood) of Clitoris

B:  Clitoris

C:  Opening of Urethra (urinary tract)

D:  Labia minora

E:  Labia majora

F:  Opening of Vagina

G:  Vestibule

H:  Hyman tissue (residual if any)

I:  Opening of Anus

  • Set a relaxed and quite mood with a flair of sensuality.
  • Arrange for  privacy, it would be hard to explain this to your neighbor or mother in law.
  • Wear a robe for easy access.
  • Get comfortable.
  • Be sure you have good lighting.
  • Have a bath first if you like…
  • Dry off

Let’s Begin!

  • Sit with your back against a pillow, knees propped up and your feet on the floor or bed. Or you can do this in a tub too If you have one large enough.
  • Spread your legs; use a hand mirror to see yourself. On my! What do you see?

So what exactly are you looking for? Everything of course:

  • Note the texture and color of the skin of each part.
  • If you’d like a more “slick” feeling, add a little lube as you touch.
  • You may want to experiment by using different props to touch yourself. For instance: a vibrator, feather, or any object you think you may respond to.
  • Using a finger, stroke each small area lightly. Keep track of what area and stroke feels best to you.

Let us now identify each of the following parts you will be examining:

Vulva is the name give to the whole area we are going to explore I am going to describe the main parts now. But know there are other glands, nooks and crannies you may need to be aware of at some point in your life.

Labia Majora – the outer lips of the labia actually it means “big lips.”

Labia Minora – Inner Labia or lips. And for the record, about 1/3 of the women have larger/longer or fuller inner lips than outer lips.

Clitoris – Small pea size button located at the top area where the labia meet. It is covered by a small piece of skin called the hood. This is similar to the foreskin in an uncircumsized man. This is the holy grail of nerve endings in women, and stimulating it generally provides most women with pleasureable feelings.

  • Move the hood of the clitoris back and forth over the glands.
  • Apply different types of pressure.
  • Pay attention to the fleshy area that surrounds the clitoris too.

Vulval vestibule is between the  labia minora and the vaginal opening.

Urethra – this is the opening where the urine passes out of the body and is located in the vestibule. Urine is a sterile system, so it is never a good idea to insert anything into the urethra.

Vagina – this is where you insert a tampon, where the baby comes out and where a penis would be inserted for vaginal sex. There is a whole treasure trove inside the vagina too. IF you are feeling like feeling around, insert a finger along the front side of the vaginal wall about 1 to 2 inches in, and you should be in the neighborhood of the G-spot. A little farther in in the same area should get you to the cervix. This is the opening to the uterus…however the opening is very tiny, about the size of a pencil point. Unless you are ready to give birth of course.

  • Place 2 fingers in the outer third of the vagina.
  • Try tightening your PC muscles (also known as Kegel exercises). Do this with two fingers inside.
  • Attempt to “suck in” your fingers into your vagina by pulling in with your muscles.
  • Try to force them out by bearing down.
  • Consider using a lubed speculum to insert into your vagina (cheap, plastic ones are easy to purchase).
  • Point a flashlight into your vagina, many of you will be able to see your cervix or at least your vaginal canal in the mirror.

Tip: feel the roof of your mouth vs the cheek. That is the difference you should feel when you hit the g spot vs regular vaginal wall tissue. To get an idea of what your cervix feels like, touch the tip of your nose. The cervix is firm and you will feel a little indent area where the opening is.

Perineum– is the official name for everything behind the vagina up to the

Anus – which is the opening for waste products to be eliminated from your body. That is where you might spot those hemorrhoids some day. The best thing to know about the anus is that it is very sensitive and some people like stimulation there. We will be devoting an entire podcast to back door fun and games in the near future.
